What are the delivery times for your products?

We take 2 to 4 days to process your order, then 1 to 3 weeks to deliver it to you.

Do you ship all over the world?
Absolutely yes. We ship to worldwide.

Where do we ship your product from?
Our offices are located in London, UK. Our international warehouse is located in China.

Do you provide tracking / tracking information for products?
Yes, if you have not received it 3 days after your order, just ask us by email at help.doublet@gmail.com

Some items are missing from my order, what happens?
Our products are shipped separately based on your order. If it contains, for example, items from two different warehouses, then there will be two deliveries. The rest of the order will most likely arrive shortly.

I received a damaged item. What can I do?
We are sorry to learn of this. Simply send us a photo of the damaged item in question to the email address: help.doublet@gmail.com and we will send you a similar replacement item as soon as possible.

I still have not received my order. What is taking so long?
We apologize for the delay. Sometimes international shipping may take longer than expected due to customs clearance. You can instead track your order and see where it is at all times. If you still think you need help tracking your package or would like to inquire about it, please contact us by email at help.doublet@gmail.com


Do you have a refund policy?
We do our best to resolve any issues our customers may have with their items online. If you still wish to receive a refund on your order, we can of course make the payment, in the event that the appeal is made within 30 days of the date of the order and the product (s) concerned are not in sale.
